What is the Mode of Exam?
It is an online exam, you can appear it from your home.
All you need is stable and good internet connection and a device with front camera.

How to prepare the child for the exam?
We provide hard copies (for schools in India) of the practice book for Round 1 (which is optional to purchase) and eBook for students out side India.
FREE demo tests will also be provided before actual Olympiad exam.

How to register?

What happens once I register?
You will get a payment receipt and welcome email/WhatsApp from us. Also, if opted for practice books, you will get your books delivered at your address/school.
7 days prior to the examination date you will get login id and password for the NOF dashboard.
You will also get regular communication and reminders from us for the exams.
Results will be declared in the month of January for all the subject.

I am living outside India, how can I register and how will get my practice book(s), certificates and prizes?
Students outside India can also participate as NOF is operational in 18+ countries.
Registration is online, and once you register, you will get eBook on your email.
Certificates, analysis reports will be provided in soft copy.
You can also get the hard copies of certificates, medals and prizes (if eligible) by paying the courier fee.

Can we register for the exam, if the school is not registered with NOF?
We've two process for registration:
1. School is registered: You can register through school by using school code provided by NOF while registering.
2. School is not registered: You can register individually by using the Individual Registration Code- IND23.

How many Rounds are there in total and when are these conducted?
We conduct exams session wise, in each session there are 2 rounds. Three slots are provided in each round.
Round 1 is conducted by the month of October, November and December.
Round 2 is conducted by the month of January, February and March. Its an invitation only program and is chargeable.

What if I miss any of the exams? Will I get another chance?
Yes. For each subject, we provide three exam dates. You are not required to choose a date in advance.
If you miss the first date, you can automatically appear on the second.
If you miss the second, you may take the third and final opportunity.

Can we register directly for Round 2?
Round 2 is the invite only program for the students who have qualified for the same.
What are the awards provided?
We've different eligibility criteria and different awards for both the Rounds which is declared after/with the results.
How to claim the awards?
For individual participants, you'll need to pay the delivery charge and you can get your awards delivered directly to your home address.
Is there any scope of refund?
Refund is not provided under any circumstances.
