National Olympiad Foundation conducts Science Olympiad as International Science Qualifier across the globe for the classes of 1st & 12th. A participant has to answer 30 questions of varied difficulty level within a duration of 45 minutes. Students of class 1st & 12th can participate in the examination.
The papers are designed in order to be compatible for the students of all the boards e.g. CBSE, ICSC, IB, different State Boards etc.
Examination Type: An OMR sheet based objective type question paper with multiple choice answers. There will be no negative marking in the phase 1 examination.
Eligibility: Students of class 1st to 12th can participate in NOF's Olympiads
Question Paper: 30 Multiple choice questions with duration of 45 mins
Syllabus: The syllabus would be the same as prescribed by the CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge or various state boards. Students are requested to follow their own syllabus for the respective class and subject.
Exam Date: Schools can decide their own examination date from October to December. (Since we have multiple set of question papers for different schools)
Level: Exam will be conducted in two levels - Phase 1 and Phase 2.
Venue: Your own school will be venue of the examination for both the levels.
Results: Results will be declared in the month of January on our website www.nof.org.in
